The site focused entirely on their order management agent—making them look like just another automation tool in an increasingly crowded space. Meanwhile, competitors with overlapping products were emerging weekly and prospects couldn't understand what made Burnt different. Sales cycles stretched longer than they should have because the website worked against credibility, instead of building it.
The new site showcased Burnt's full vision as an AI watchtower for food distribution. Dedicated pages for the three AI agents demonstrate the breadth of capabilities Burnt offers. Founder-market fit became central to the story, with JJ's fourth-generation food industry background differentiating Burnt from generic AI tools. Raw film photography paired with custom animations created a visual approach that split the difference between B2B tech and authentic food industry—helping the website stand out in the industry.
