Scalable Webflow website that supports three business segments for a construction tech consultation company

Placer Solutions came during a pivot from research-focused work to AI consulting for construction companies. The challenge was building a website that could support three distinct business segments—AI consulting services, paid research reports and annual virtual summits—while remaining flexible enough to evolve as their positioning was refined.

The website was designed with modular, component-based architecture that allows each segment to stand on its own. The summit pages feature a premium aesthetic that eludes to the exclusivity of the event. The research reports received a complete e-commerce redesign with improved product pages and a streamlined purchase flow. The new AI consulting service pages were built to accommodate messaging updates as the positioning continues to develop, giving the team control to refine copy without developer support.

The result is a cohesive Webflow website that balances three revenue streams while providing the flexibility needed to support an evolving business model in the construction technology space.
